GK, you should point out how famous he'll be if he wins the case against Santa. Plus, he should help a fellow sufferer in need!
And maybe he doesn't realize that with the coal mine, he'd have to dig the coal out of the ground. You're making it convenient for him by having it all prepackaged and ready for sale.
Everyone knows that old fat man is a slavedriver - he never gives those little elves any down-time.
As for those reindeer, moseskitty -- heh heh - have any good recipes using venison?!
Why don't we form a class-action descrimination suit against Santa? Why reindeer? Why not flying felines?
And, please sue him for that new Mustang I didn't get last year.
